prince & bowery jewelry

objective: Creating a name, brand and e-commerce for a New York based jewelry company. The objective was to have a strong New York feel, without using any clichés. The look was to be rock’n roll and dial into the history of New York City.

process: The name Prince & Bowery was chosen from street names in areas that symbolized the identity of the brand, fashion and rock’n roll. The horses symbolizes the history going back to the Manhattan Indian tribe. A dark color palette of antique gold and black was chosen, and brand guidelines for photog- raphy and font use was set. An ecommerce website was built and all product photography and beauty shot taken in-house.

result: a coherent brand, from name, logo, photography and website created a recognizable and sophisticated look.
